Pricing  (Effective Date: Apr 28, 2024)

 

• Residential Wash & Fold flat-rate  $40 Small bag, $50 Large bag.

• Residential $2.00 per pound.

​

• Commercial Wash & Fold flat-rate  $30 Small bag, $40 Large bag.

​

• Commercial $1.50 per pound.

​​

 

Payments  (Effective Date: Apr 28, 2024)

​

• Billing will take place after your laundry is processed and ready for delivery. If your payment fails we will immediately contact you via email and text notifying you of the payment issue. Payment will need to be made by 6am on the day of your scheduled delivery in order to receive your clean laundry that afternoon. Otherwise, your laundry will be returned to our facility for safe storage until payment is made.​

Failed Pickup  (Effective Date: Apr 28, 2024)

​

• We charge a $10 Missed Pickup Fee when bags are not left out on a scheduled pickup day. To avoid this fee, cancel your pickup in your online account or reply cancel to your text confirmation by 6am the morning of your scheduled pickup.

Filling Bag  (Effective Date: Apr 28, 2024)

​ 

• For the safety and protection of your laundry, it is important that the laundry bags are completely closed and secure. Overfilled / open bags can cause items to spill out during transport. Any flat-rate Simple laundry bag that we pick up that is overfilled to the point that it cannot be cinched tight, will be charged a $10 Open Bag Fee.

• Please note that any overflowing items placed on top or around your laundry bag will be transferred into another allClean laundry bag and billed separately.

Actions Needed

No further action is needed from you to accept such changes. However, if you prefer to decline them, you may discontinue using the service at anytime.
